Vincent Tractors, based at Fraddon Mid Cornwall, have won a brand new prestigious industry award. Vincent Tractors, main dealers for Kubota, Deutz-Fahr, Manitou and Ifor Williams have become the first recipients of the Agri Machinery Trade Dealer Excellence Award for the South West.

Paul Caunce, awards organiser and Publisher of Agri Machinery Trade News said “The farm machinery industry is one where nationally, it’s the machines that tend to win all the awards and medals. Our awards initiative is in place to recognise the hard work, dedication and excellence of those who serve farmers and of course service their machinery”

Matthew Hodge, Sales & Marketing Manager for Vincent Tractors, remarked, “It was great news when we heard that we had won the award especially when it’s down to customer feedback. We strive to put the customer first and it’s a whole team effort that makes this happen. I would like to thank the all the team at Vincent Tractors that have made this happen.”

Paul Vincent, Managing Director of Vincent Tractors, stated “I am delighted that we have won this prestigious award in the year following our 50th anniversary. With the investment in good staff over the years, it is great to see them rewarded for their collective efforts. Looking forward, our investment in the future with our Apprentice Scholarship scheme, means I am optimistic for the future quality of service for our customers.  This is of paramount importance to us and it is a pleasure to accept the Agri Machinery Trade Dealer Excellence Award on behalf of my hard working team.”

Caunce summarised by saying “When we took into account all the comments from Vincent Tractors customers it became clear that they are a really well liked and respected business in Cornwall. As the founder Ken Vincent said many years ago” When people buy machinery from us, they are getting Vincent Tractors too’. Over the 50 years that Vincent Tractors have been trading there have been a few franchise and colour changes, but no matter which brands they represent, the customer is at the heart of everything they do.”
